Siebel mobile for field services on iphones

Hello Siebel world,

we are on ip2015 and was asked for a POC to demonstrate use of Siebel on mobile devices . Our end users are field technicians and currently carry their laptops to field .I would like to show a demo with limited screens like Service Requests , Orders , activities etc.

I have followed the connected guide https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E63029_01/books/ConnMobApps/toc.htm  and enables Field Service for mobile object manager . Upon logging I could see default out of the box screens  and i believe from Siebel tools --> Application " Service for mobile " --> I need to add our custom screens and inactivate out of the box screens .
