How do I turn on Snap to Grid when I am designing a Personal Form (UDO)?

In the Oracle JDE Using and Approving UDOs documentation in the section Personal Forms (Release 9.2.1.2) it says "With Release 9.2.1.2, gridlines are displayed when you drag or position a field on the form. You can use the gridlines to align and position the fields precisely on the form. You can have the fields snap to the nearest intersection of the gridlines."

I am wondering, how do I turn on the feature to have the fields snap to the nearest intersection of grid lines?

Howdy, Stranger!
