purge GL balance complete normal, but balance exist

purge GL balance complete normal, but balance exist

I already purged until end of FEB-19. balance already 0 end of Feb-19

But beginning balance exist again in MAR-19. Although the journal creating that balance, coming from 2017 - 2018 (all balance and journals in 2017 and 2018 already purged successfully / completed normal)
