can not edit attachment in IE11 win10 after upgrade tools release 9.1.5

Hi All,

Last week we upgraded our tools release into 9.1.5.

Regarding media object file, we turn off the ActiveX and use HTML so that the user can access JDE E1 in any browser (Chrome and IE).

Today I found that one of our user can't edit her text attachment. She uses windows 10 with IE11.

Mine is Windows 8 with IE10 and I can edit the text attachment. My colleague using Windows 7 with IE11 and he can edit too.

What's wrong with win10 and IE11? Is it a bug?
