How to Get Salary Journal from third party system in R12 GL

Good Morning

We are using R12.1.3 Financial Module.

For HR we are using third party system.

For every month salary - we are generating  journals in GL manually  based  standard  report from HR system. ( Manual Print)

Now we want this journal should be  created  in GL from HR system.

Can you please advice the steps/process to complete this task.
