Importing the bank statement with CSB43 format

Hi,

Is it possible to import bank statements in CSB43 Format (Spain requirement) into JDE Enterprise One?

In Spain, banks provide bank statements in a text file using a defined format by Spanish Bank Authority (CSB43).

I have been searching through support notes but only able to see documentation related to Oracle E-Business Suite.
