what change on the PO does not make revision

Hello,

Initially when PO is created it generates as Revision 0. User getting error: PDF cant generated. Below is the log file with error:

Calling
the getPOXml method

genDoc()

rolling
back the complete program

Any change that's made on the PO triggers revision? Can anyone pls give any pointers/any MOS note?
