How to find who has changed Substitution variable value

Hi All,

someone has changed the value of Substitution variable value in our prod env . Due to this data has been cleared .

Kindly suggest how to find the details about the same . I know in PBCS there is a report from where we can fetch all details but for on premises I am not sure .

Please help me.
