ICS Dynamic Lookup Replace using REST API

I am trying to pick up a csv File from SFTP server by using a File Read operation and pass the data to REST API to replace an existing lookup dynamically. However can you please guide me as to what are the parameters that are needed to complete the mapping between File Read Action and REST API.Also is there any limitation on the lookup size file or the number of rows?
