invoice line level tax not able to Over ride as per Tax classification code

Hi ,

in line level if i select Zero Tax rate in Tax classification column its not getting zero rate tax for that line, instead zero its taking by default tax vat-5%

I done below setups

Navigate to Advanced Setup Options , then to Tax Determining Factor Sets 3. Enter a Tax Determining Factor Set and Name Determining Factor Class : 'Transaction Input Factor' Determining Factor Name : 'Tax Classification Code' 4. Click on Apply. II.
