Server Busy Error

Hello All,

We are using Siebel IP17 version with patchset 19.7.

We are getting "Server Busy Error" intermittently when we hit thin client URL. After 10-20 attempts, we used get this error.

Max Task is 200 and app servers and required AOMs are running fine without any issues.

We have also noticed that when we get the "Server Busy Error", there is no task created on app server at the same moment.

Due to this, we cannot get logs in server for that attempt, even in task history table, we doesn't get any details.

But when we refresh the same page, it loads home screen properly.
