Siebel Loyalty - Product Redemption - Electronic Voucher

Dear Community,

We are currently testing our Redemption Promotions and have encountered the following situation:

Our Voucher life cycle process is as follows:

1.- One Redemption promotion of Subtype "Redemption/Product" through which we are able to correctly redeem accrued points, based on the point cost of the specific configured product and then assign a new LOY Voucher under the related Member using Custom Action "Assign voucher". This las part we'll discuss further.

2.- One Custom WF, which will call the Vanilla BS "LOY Voucher Service"  Method "VoucherStatusChange", (specifically  asks for Voucher Number) that will create a new Transaction of type Redemption/ Subtype Bonus specifying the Voucher Id in the related Txn Fields.
