Loyalty Transfer Tarnsactions - Redeem % point cost per Txn

We are testing our Transfer Transactions now.
We have created the following configuration:
- A new promotion of Subtype "Point Transfer" which has 2 Rules:
- Redemption Rule: to create the Redemption Txn which will take the points out from the Source Member (Redeem Points action) and then will create a new Accrual Txn to pass those points to the Target Member, through Vanilla custom Action "PointTransfer".
- Accrual Rule: to take the Accrual Txn created above, so then the tarnsfered points are correctly assigned to the Target Member.
The above works perfectly now.
However, we are trying to reddem a % of points to the Source member, for any Transfer Transaction we creates. This cost we are trying to cofnigure by Multiplying the Points Value in the Redemption Txn, and the Dividing within the Accrual Txn, both using the same value in the related Rule Actions. Lets say:
