Compare new RLM schedule to current schedule in OM before submitting Demand Processor

Dear All,

does anyone of you have an idea whether it is possible to compare new customer SPSI file from rlm_interface_lines_all staging table with current/previous schedule from same customer and for same item before submitting the Demand Processor as we would like to gather the exceptions and review them before passing the new release to OM? Is there any given solution or can this be done only with direct check in the DB?
