Unable to deploy Business Function in AS400

We have 4 timezone E1 subsystem in our environment. We are trying to deploy a package which consists of a custom business function.

It is successfull on first E1 subsystem and failing with the below error on the other 3 timezone subsystem. Please suggest any workaround to fix this issue.

\\DeploymentServer\E910\PD910\package\PDU2811B\AS400V7R2M0\SRVPGM\SRVPGM to the server. Error File open error.
