Hi all, We faced s strange issue, where indexes of the table are dropped all of a sudden from sales

Hi all, We faced s strange issue, where indexes of the table are dropped all of a sudden from sales order detail file (F4211) in the production environment. We had to rebuild the Indexes and restore .Have any one faced this kind of issue before ?

Kindly help us to understand, so that we can prevent/monitor it in future.
