"cn=odisrv,cn=registered Instances...." missing from OID .

I have setup the OID 11g with DIP with one node cluster and AdminServer listening on VIP.

In my OID WLS Domain, I can see DIP as up , however the MBean and Scheduler are down.

When I open the server properties from DIP , it says can't load data, see EM log.

When I try to see server properfies from DIP in EM console, I get the nable to locate the DIP Sync profile mbean - : oracle.idm.integration.sync.config:* error.

I have checked in OID and found that the entry cn=registered instances under cn=directory integration platform is empty,
