Unable to delete Item reservations

Hello,

We have item reservation for one old sales order which is closed. Also, the Sales order is not showing that item in SO line. So when I am trying to delete the item reservation from Item reservations window, its not allowing me and giving me an error

ORA:01403: no data found in CTO_WORKFLOW_API_PK Procedure inventory_unreservation_check.

Can someone help how to fix this??
