Siebel IP19 error with BIP12c Reports

Hi Team,

Could you please suggest on below issue with Report upload.

We have setup new Dev environment with IP 19.9  on Windows 2016 Server.

On new Windows 2016 server, did BIP 12c setup and did required configuration.

While uploading Account List report getting below error in XMLPReportServer log file.

ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000675de13144:0 2019-11-29 09:48:51 (soapbinding.cpp (682)) SBL-EAI-04304: Unknown Part 'http://xml.apache.org/axis/:hostname'  for operation 'isReportExist' exists in SOAP message.

ObjMgrBusServiceLog Error 1 000000675de13144:0 2019-11-29 09:48:51 (outdisp.cpp (267)) SBL-EAI-04308: Operation 'isReportExist' of Web Service 'http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/service/v11/PublicReportService.PublicReportServiceService' at port 'PublicReportService_v11' failed with the following explanation: "java.lang.RuntimeException: oracle.xdo.security.ValidateException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target".
