script to start mrp process automatically in oracle 12c and 19c

Hi Team,

After rebooting the primary and standby servers the mrp process is not starting automatically and it will create lag in standby database

Hence can any body fwd me a script which can start the mrp process automatically in 12c and 19c standby database
