How to get to Item cost history program P30026HP

Hi :

     I get to (2/G3014) but  ,when press F9 , can't display the item cost component history  screen .  could you please give some suggestion. thanks

    

    below is the instrution ,

     he inquiry screen, Item Cost Component History (P30026H), is only accessible from Enter/Change Cost Components (2/G3014).  Inquire on a costed component and press F9 to display the Item Cost Component History screen. The Cost Component History Screen will display what type of action was taken for the item inquired upon. Such as an add, change or delete. This screen displays in descending date order (newest date first) and is sorted alphabetically by cost type. In addition, the capability to drill into audit information is also provided. Selecting option 1 from the P30026H will display the Audit Information window (V0045) for
