Issue on trial balance report with asterisk values.

Hi - we are currently using EGL R12 and would like to use the canned report for trial balance. However base on the generated report there are entries for the amounts that resulted to asterisk. Is there any other setup that would enable us to see the amounts in asterisk? Our precision is currently set to 9.
