"Change to Rich Text Type" or "Change to Plain Text Type" is not visible in create Clause page in Co

Hello All,

We are using 12.2.8 version.

In that, while creating the contract clause, in the Text area, "Change to Rich Text Type" or "Change to Plain Text Type" is not visible in create clause page in Contracts Terms Library Administration.

I don't have the option MS Word tool icons like (Center alignment, Cut, Copy, Paste, etc). Please see the attachment.

Anyone please tell me how to enable this?
