Informed Borrowing Confirmation AY2020-21

I am trying to find a BUG number for the coming changes to the MPN process requiring students to annually confirm they have reviewed their lifetime borrowing activity.  Since FSA is "still analyzing system requirements and business rules" I don't expect firm answers to exactly how PeopleSoft will handle the changes.  Appears it will be a new "system-generated Informed borrowing Confirmation response" file and since that will be brand new I'd expect some development will be required.  I appreciate having a Bug# to follow in these types of situations.  Although schools will be required to report this info in the
