GridSetup gui fails before completion

Hi,

Upgrading from 11.2.0.4 to 19.3.0.0

When running rootupgrade.sh on LAST node, the connection to node 1 dies and gridsetup gui is lost. All three nodes have finished Ok according to rootupgrade.sh. Clufvy reports no errors and I can start and stop the cluster nodes. What do I need to do complete the upgrade? (things that the GUI does in the post step).
