Multiple versions of ASM / Grid Infrastructure on same server

In short: is it possible to have two versions of Grid Infrastructure on a server?

We are currently using GI 12.2.0.1 on Linux and are in the planning process for upgrading to 19c (this includes an application upgrade).

For reasons of reducing the downtime for upgrade as much as possible and for limiting the possible failures, it would be preferred to
prepare the new versions of Oracle software while continuing operations.

The application upgrade process will encompass new databases (meaning that the new GI / ASM will have a separate set of diskgroups)
