Low level codes (LLX) in Process manufacturing

We are using Process manufacturing for some of our items in E1. When we are running the MRP/DRP we see some strange messages for the items related to the process manufacturing.

We are investigating different setup and one focus is the Low level codes assigned for the items related to this.

The question is how we should expect to have the low level codes defined.

Right now in our setup the Process items have e.g. low level code 5 and the Co product have low level code 4.
Is this correct or should it be the other way around that the co product have a higher low level code than the process item ?
