How to reduce the log switch frequent? Our database has 30-50 log switch per hour. The archived log files size are 30-50MB and it is about 1/5 of redo log files (250MB each).

Here are some init parameter:

log_archive_max_processes            integer     4

log_buffer                           big integer 225680K

log_checkpoints_to_alert             boolean     FALSE

archive_lag_target                   integer     0

statistics_level                     string      TYPICAL

fast_start_mttr_target               integer     0

fast_start_io_target                 integer     0

log_checkpoint_interval              integer     0

log_checkpoint_timeout               integer     0
