Cannot embed Smart View table in Word document

Hello

I'm using Narrative Reporting to build an annual report. I had created a word doc and uploaded a Smart View Excel workbook as a reference doclet. This was previously working but when I try to embed a named range table, the dialogue box displays but shows just the word "All" but I cannot see my tables to embed. I can't even cancel out of the window. It seems strange that I cannot even close the Embed window. I need to quite Word via the task manager. Is this a bug with NR?
