Hi , I have a customer who is on applications release 9.1 and is planning to upgrade to tools release 9.2.4 , what components of the tools release will not work with Applicaitons release 9.1  .. eg. I know dleivered UXOne pages  and Notifications wont be available , but  can the customer build their one ?   are there other restrictions ?
