Upto which solaris 11.3 SRU supports solaris cluster SRU 12 - 4.3.12.3.0

I am trying to install Solaris 4.3 SRU 12 on solaris 11.3 SRU 35 but it looks like it does not support. Below are the messages while installing packages

pkg install --accept ha-cluster-full

Creating Plan (Running solver): -

pkg install: No matching version of ha-cluster/group-package/ha-cluster-full can be installed:

  Reject:  pkg://ha-cluster/ha-cluster/group-package/ha-cluster-full@4.3-0.24.0

  Reason:  No version matching 'require' dependency ha-cluster/group-package/ha-cluster-data-services-full can be installed

    Reject:  pkg://ha-cluster/ha-cluster/group-package/ha-cluster-data-services-full@4.3-0.24.0

    Reason:  No version matching 'require' dependency ha-cluster/data-service/peoplesoft can be installed

      ----------------------------------------

      Reject:  pkg://ha-cluster/ha-cluster/data-service/peoplesoft@4.3-0.24.0

      Reason:  No version matching 'require' dependency text/locale can be installed
