Weblogic version compatible with RPAS version 16

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade from RPAS version 13.3 to version 16. We are currently on Weblogic version 10.3. Can someone let me know which Weblogic version can we upgrade to? Is there is any compatibility criteria for this?
