Orchestration Studio works slow with customized forms

Hello,

It is the first time I try orchestration Studio (6.1.4) with customized application and it seems to not work properly. I have a custom interactive application and I recorder the process. After This I go in orchestrator studio and I click Service Request, and it takes 5 minutes to open the list of SREQ, after this I click "edit service request" and it takes another 5 minutes to open the SREQ. I tried canceling the SREQ based on customized form and Orchestrator Studio works very fast. Do you have any suggestion?
