How to audit the upgrade without showing data

Dears,

recently we upgrade our EBS system from R12.1.3+ to R12.2.9 and we need an external eyes to confirm the upgrade success (look for an outsourcing company for that)

meanwhile we need to don't disclose our real Data as they are cretical informations

how can i proceed for that?

EBS : R12.2.9

DB: 12.1.0.2.0

OS: Windows server 2008/R2
