Unable to Assign the Order to Existing Shipment

Dear All,

I am facing issue with function Assign Order to existing shipment.

Here I am having 2 orders

Order 1 from A to B

Order 2 from B to C

I bulk plan the Order 1 into Shipment 1.

Now after the assignment of resources, tendering & adding the event on last stop of Arrived at the Delivery location (Location , the enroute status is Enroute_Enroute.

After this is try to assign the Order 2 to the shipment 1 but I get the error with the following warning.
