Order On hold got Shipped, Invoiced and sales updated

Hi,

We had a order which was on C1 hold when placed. Though it was on hold, scheduler jobs shipped it, Invoiced it and Sales updated the order.

Can you please help us what went wrong. We have another order from other company for the same issue. We are using JDE 8.11.

We tried to replicate the scenario in test environment but not getting what happened in above issue. We did not get held order in Shipment application or R42500/R47500 did not pick held order for shipment in TEST environment.

Request you to help on this.
