Xstore Mobile Xstore ModeController Initialization failure

Hello. I am trying to get Xstore mobile running with a customer overlay. I am able to launch Xstore mobile and approve the device via Xstore back office, however when Xstore mobile is loading I get an fatal error (see below). The console/xstore.log don't provide any information indicating there was an exception, the log indicates I am sitting at the login prompt. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to look at next or some logging that I could increase to get more information on what the issue is? Any help is greatly appreciated.
