Company Directory Root Dummy Node

Good Afternoon!

We have our Org Chart in SharePoint and we are planning to use the Peoplesoft Company directory. In SharePoint Org Chart, the root node is a Dummy node to which our two Business Entities are pointing to. I want to achieve the same in Company Directory by creating a Dummy Person and have these two Business entities report to that position and build the tree. Need some help as how to create a dummy position/person and run the process. Have anyone done similar setup. We have position management and its the driving factor to build the Company Directory tree. Any
