Solution Add Feedback

PUM 18 delivered new functionality to add feedback to solutions. I have reviewed PeopleBooks and the only information on it I have come across is under 'Setting Up Solution Management Prompt Tables'. This section now includes configuration pages for 'Review Status Page' and 'Feedback Type Page'.

In a demo database, I have set up some configuration for the two pages referenced above. In this database, I have submitted feedback from two difference pages.

  • Navigate Solutions > Search Solutions
    • There is a Feedback link in the toolbar header. I used this link, added some feedback. Then on the solution, clicked on the Feedback tab and the feedback I added is displayed.
