Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

How can I find who has created a sales order, please help. I am using Oracle apps R12.2.6.

I tried to go through this "Is It Possible To Identify The User Who Booked The Sales Order? (Doc ID 398476.1)" but this Doc id is not opening for me.

Request if anyone can please help.

I tried querying history table but have no data in it.
