Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ATR showing negative while total onhand is positive

My team came across a peculiar situation as below:

The Onhand availability form is showing negative quantities of ATR (Available to Reserve). But total onhand quantity is positive.

How to address this issue?
