Advice on db cleanup

Hi,

     This is my first time on here, so forgive me if my question is inappropriate for this forum. I'm in the process of attempting to regain wasted table space from our database. I've ran query 1 below which has provided me with an approximation of the reclaimable space which I can attain. I have also ran query 2 which provided me with a recommendation on how to reclaim the table space. Assuming that the recommendation from query 2 is correct, is this the ideal method of reclaiming space? Also assuming that there were over 100 segments which I could
