HZ Customer Creation
Hello All,
Currently we have Customer -> Standard Function available for all the departments to create/maintain their customers but most of the details we put are free form and it creates a lot of work in cleaning up/maintenance on Billings & Collections Department. Because department users are not using it effectively.
So we are trying to find a way to take as an approval process so that departments can enter them but it will be created in HZ only Billings & Collections department approves it..
I see an API/Workflow HZ: User Creation API/Approval Process. Do we have any other options that we can explore to use?
