Affordable Care Act 2019

It appears there is no ESU for the 2019 Affordable Care Act (ACA) deliverable 1 and I have not been able to find a 2019 Year-End User Guide for ACA.  I have a some questions:

1) If there is no deliverable 1 ESU - what template do we use to print the 1095C for 2019?  Currently, we are using BI Publisher.  Would there be a new template?

2) Is there an ACA 2019 Year-End User Guide available?
