Allocated Three Storage LUN (100 GB, 200 GB & 250GB) Space, 100 GB 15K disk, another from SSD, not internal disk, three allocated form SAN

Is there any way to tell how much IOPS can manage from one LDOM, Storage capable 100K IOPS?

iostat -xtc  shows below , if system more iops operation if the value reach 100% , my system will hang?  How to reduce %w %b value, any kernel parameter
