Performance Issue: Business Service '<custom BS>' was regsitered at model

We could observe performance issues in few TBUI flow after upgrade to Ip19

Logs shows below traces and its consuming around 25+ seconds in multiple TBUI flows.

Usually if BS is invoked, BS will be registered and then custom logic will be executed & at the end BS will be unregistered but in our case BS is registered and at the very next step unregistered. This action continues for more than 25+ seconds.

Any idea on what could be the reason for such behaviour ?
