OEM 13c offline patching(Failed to change directory )

Hi All,
We have OEM 13c running for monitoring Database and web logic servers .We are trying to implement offline patching using oem software library .
I have  created named credential and trying to upload patches to  oem software library using below command line .


1)emcli login -username=test  -password=test123
2)emcli upload patches  -location="/u01/oracle/product/agent/agent_inst/install/p29698592_121020_Linux-x86-64.zip" -from_host=DBUAT     -cred_name=ORACLE_EBAO_UAT

When i checked the job details it shows below error .

./emcli get_job_execution_detail -e
<?xml version = '1.0' encoding = 'UTF-8'?>
<jobExecution jobOwner="TEST" status="4" startTime="2019-12-06 09:27:41.0"
