Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. does R12.ATG_PF.C.Delta.8 need to be applied on top of 12.2.9 release pack?

hello, I reviewed the upgrade steps from 12.2.3 ro 12.2.9 from the 12.2.9 readme.

Not sure where I saw this Applying the R12.ATG_PF.C.Delta.8 Release Update Pack [2490921.1].

Does this ATG (patch #28840844) included in 12.2.9 release pack (28840850) ?
