trying to reinstall node 2 11.2 grid/RAC SEVERE:Cannot perform add node procedure as the value of CL

node 2 GRID Home became corrupted due to files deleted.

Did cleanup on node 2.

no processes running on node 2.

then ran ./addNode.sh -silent -debug "CLUSTER_NEW_NODES={node2}"

SEVERE:Cannot perform add node procedure as the value of
CLUSTER_NEW_VIRTUAL_HOSTNAMES or CLUSTER_NEW_NODES or both could not be
obtained from the command line or response file(s). Silent install cannot
continue.
