Can DBMS_ROLLING be used in conjunction with oakcli upgrade database?

Has anyone successfully used DBMS_ROLLING alongside 'oakcli upgrade database' to minimize downtime when upgrading a database on an ODA that has a physical standby? Just curious if it is possible or if anybody has done this? If so, how did it go? Any issues or best practices to share?
